Information you choose to submit
The inquiry form collects the service and property type you select, property location, timeline, your message, your name, and your email address. This information is used to review and respond to your inquiry and to determine an appropriate next step.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive personal information through the website.
Form security and email delivery
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to identify automated abuse before a form submission is accepted. Accepted inquiries are delivered by transactional email through Resend to Aidan Shnayder's inbox.
These providers process technical request information needed to operate, protect, and deliver the form. Resend's free service currently retains email delivery data for 30 days. Once delivered, an inquiry may remain in the receiving mailbox according to its normal retention settings.
Sharing and use
Inquiry information is not sold. It is used to communicate about the property question and may be shared with a professional collaborator only when reasonably necessary to evaluate or perform requested work and when appropriate for the assignment.
The site does not request payment information and does not use advertising trackers. Cloudflare and the site's hosting infrastructure may create limited security and request logs.
Questions or deletion requests
To ask about information submitted through the site or request deletion of an inquiry, use the website inquiry form and identify the email address and approximate submission date.
